It appears to be a stain and not a burn, as was stated to me by staff.
The third room has some kind of stain on the sheets, pictures attached. The third room I was checked into, I was given incorrect directions to access the room. When you front desk person suggested if such a room was acceptable, I said absolutely not, and I was checked into that style room anyway. The second room, picture attached, was a prison cell with a small window. The first room the AC unit was defective and noisy and the room phone did not work. I found the rooms to be subpar for what I expect from a Caesars property and the customer service was that much worse. It took over an hour to check in, getting put into two unacceptable rooms, before finally getting checked into what was supposed to be an upgraded room, only to check into a standard room.
